Currently, The Aura UAE ships exclusively within the United Arab Emirates.

2. Delivery Time

Orders are delivered within 3 business days from the date of purchase.

Delivery times may vary during:

• Unexpected courier delays

In rare cases of delay, customers will be updated accordingly.

3. Shipping Fees

We proudly offer free shipping across the UAE on all orders.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed daily and carefully inspected before shipment to ensure they meet The Aura UAE quality standards.

5. Incorrect Address Policy

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and redelivery is required, a 30 AED redelivery fee will apply.

6. Missed Deliveries

If a customer misses the delivery attempt and a second delivery is required, a 30 AED redelivery fee may apply.

7. Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver all orders within the stated timeframe, delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances may occasionally occur.
