All original tags must remain attached
The item must be in original condition
The item must not contain stains, odors, perfume scents, damage, or signs of wear


2. Non-Returnable Items

Stained products
Items showing signs of use
Products returned without original tags

Any returned item that does not meet our inspection standards may be rejected and sent back to the customer.

The Aura UAE will cover return shipping costs for approved returns.

Customers must contact our support team before returning any item.

4. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the customer’s bank account.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details.
